Application desk
Bring the motor, load, supply and controls context. The more complete the input set, the more precise the documentation and option review can be. State whether the request concerns new sizing, replacement compatibility, commissioning, a repeatable fault or documentation for a specific market and model.

Contact information
The application desk routes sizing and commissioning questions to the technical path, while procurement requests are organized around quantities, destination, required documents and requested delivery window. For installed equipment, provide a photo of the type-code label and the current parameter backup when available.
Before you submit
Include motor full-load current, supply voltage, driven equipment, speed range, starting torque, stopping time, ambient, enclosure and preferred protocol. For fault support, add the exact alarm, operating state and recent parameter or wiring changes.
A fault number without operating context rarely isolates a cause. Note whether the event occurs at enable, acceleration, steady load or deceleration; record DC-bus and output-current values if the procedure can be performed safely; and identify whether control comes from terminals, keypad or network.
For new installations, include available fault current, upstream protection, cable length, cabinet cooling and required safe-state behavior. These inputs help separate product configuration questions from system-level protection, thermal and functional-safety decisions that require the project engineer.
We do not treat a series name as proof of terminal layout or certification. Exact type-code and revision details remain necessary. Never energize, reset or bypass a safety circuit solely on the basis of website correspondence; follow the approved procedure and qualified-person requirements for the facility.
